  1. Email to: Board.Corporate.Secretary@ncsecu.org and ask for a copy of them. If they aren’t doing anything wrong, what do they have to hide?

    1. We need a new young leader that understands SECUs principles and that way we will have someone in place for years to come so we can prevent this s*** from ever happening again. Is there a way to abolish the BOD? They really aren’t needed and are just a headache.

    2. Not like we get to pick em. Less focus on age and more focus on ability to lead is the approach we need.

  4. There's a narrow path and a wide path in life ...
SECU has chosen to take the wide path (Industry Standard). They have forsaken the Right and Just and Fair treatment of their member/owners. It's difficult to stand for the right thing in life and the board and CEO have buckled under the way of the world. Unfortunately we all will pay for this lack of wisdom ...

  5. It took two years to come out with that career path? Another tangible example of the executive team being over their heads

  6. Happy to see that the career path is decreasing the amount of jobs, so lowering the ability for employees to have advancement and keep pay down. It took them like 3 years to finish this. Disappointing.

    1. But did they really keep pay down when they increased the base salary to $40,000 a year……. FSOIIIs are no more than just MSO’s…..how is that going to work? The New career path is a direct reflection of the disaster that is quickly becoming our beloved credit union. How have we strayed so far from our roots?

    2. Disappointing is an understatement

    3. Wild that all you have to look forward to in the MSS career path is being in all the queues and taking escalation calls. I remember when people couldn't wait to progress through the career path because it meant you got to do lending, etc.

    4. You should see how bad the original was. It was sent to branches for review. The one that came out was a “better version”

    5. They are trying to make it a dead end job so we quit and they hire a cheaper employee

    6. Does every SECU employee make at least $20 an hour ($40k a year) now?

    7. Been in a "new/new" McD's yet. It is the future model for SECU branches. No character, no service, no soul, sterile and no napkins, no ketcgup! Food is as bad as our rates.

Go visit and se4e our new career path in action. At least we are still a leader in AI at the senior management level.

    8. Not even a leader in the I of AI at the management level.

They don't want any employees .... you will talk to a virtual person (AI).

    10. The "A" is strong and visible in leadership, more so than "I' by far.

    11. Why are there MSS managers when they cannot resolve conflict. The answer repeatedly is to visit your local branch and speak with the manager. Just get rid of MSS managers too.

    12. 316 it to micromanage the mss employees. Make sure they haven't been off the phone for more than 5 mins. And spend the whole shift waiting on calls. No time to read emails or do training. Have to do that while taking calls.

    13. Let workers control the means of production. Executive team and ceo isn’t needed unless they want to be at the equilibrium with us workers. JB and Mike led by example. Yes they had the title, but they didn’t act above us or the membership

  8. Sure wish a lot of members would request packets and go for an interview. Only opportunity members have to tell "this board" just what their policies and selected Leighdership are doing to our credit union.
