Dear Mr. Chairman,
Good morning! Would you please advise us of the location of the upcoming Spring Commission Meeting on April 9, 2024? It is possible that you may have a "higher than usual" interest from people in North Carolina in attending and making a public comment at that meeting. You may need to set aside more time - and more space.
Would you also provide us with any pre-requirements or limitations you have for North Carolinians who may wish to appear in-person before the Commission on that day? Is recording permissible? Would you consider live-streaming the meeting?
