Given the recent "All Employees" email reading assignment [see prior post], a special exec reading room may be in the works; probably located next to the exec gym... just pull out the employee bathrooms. They can learn how to "hold it".

This is ridiculous! As a member I am questioning if the people in power are mentally sound and financially savvy.
ReplyDeleteI am just thankful we have so many well trained SECU employees still there taking care of our credit union business. The whole upper group needs sent home to play credit union, for that's all they are doing. It's a disgrace what they have done to our credit union.
DeleteThis entire thing makes me sick to my stomach, truly. It's just so saddening. SECU was one of the last - if not THE last - actually decent and ethical $billion+ asset financial institution in the United States.
ReplyDeleteAnd all of that is being torn to shreds. Piece by piece. Little by little. Decades of dedication and hard work by so many is being desecrated. I don't know, maybe it's overly dramatic, but I honestly feel like I've been in mourning the last 18 months watching everything crumble around me.
I was PROUD to tell people I was an SECU employee. Can I still say the same? I just don't know anymore.
You're not alone. The Board showed us where we stand with their choice to hire from the outside and then by allowing our structure to be decimated. It's a two way street. Over the last 19 months I have heard too many formerly proud, loyal employees say that now "It's just a job".

DeletePUT THE BOARD IN PLAY...need to focus on making sure they personally share the responsibility (and liability) for their concurrence. Work on Duke folks with S. Williams...she is screwing over poor folks and blacks... put Duke Univ.'s reputation on the line...that's where she works. Hey Duke you endorse this crap ?
