What really happened?
The unvarnished truth is that in 2021 the SECU Board of Directors - and their new, highly improbable choice for CEO - created their very own, "new/new" version of ...
... an "oh duh"! Cracker Barrel rebranding misadventure!
No ducking ... it was in truth an "Inside Job"! [link]
Unfortunate that the prior CEO's didn't develop an internal candidate well enough, and the Board felt like externals were more qualified. When CEO's are so cut in their ways and have been the same org for their whole career, they have no outside experience or perspectives, so those under them don't benefit from that.
ReplyDelete12:13pm Are you saying our current CEO Leigh Brady is unqualified, cut in her ways, with no outside experience or perspectives?
DeleteHate to disagree with you. She is there now to try to unembarrass the organization from that inept decision.
Glance in the mirror if you want to find another bit of foolishness.
Sounds like while you don’t agree with the changes you still respect Leigh Brady?
Delete7:47 am I do. Now there were a few comments she made... but we all suffer from foot in mouth disease from time to time. Part of living...

ReplyDeleteSECU uses Workday. Has SECU found out if it was one of the corporate customers?
