Despite The Odd-stacles...
✔ There Will Be A Board Election At SECU This Year!
✅ "Tue, Aug 4, 2026 at 10:09 AM Board Corporate Secretary"
"Good morning, Barry / Julian"
"Ernst & Young validated your petition. Since you validly self-nominated for this year’s election, your name will be placed on the ballot. Thank you."
😎 Now, if the SECU Board will go ahead and rescind those 2025 "no amendment amendments"** our CEO Leigh Brady is so afraid to talk about... [link]!
** Bylaw changes raising the 500 petition signature requirements into the thousands... effectively ending any real opportunity for board elections.
Open, fair elections: isn't that how a democracy is supposed to work?
Why rescind something that isn’t in place? Here we are 11 months later with a 500 sig requirement. Do you have better things to do than to complain about things that aren’t even implemented? You can criticize it IF it gets implemented. Tell us, did the NCCUD approve it?
ReplyDelete@1:41PM He readily supplies evidence with a direct quote from Brady that says SECU has not implemented any bylaw changes since 2023 and he then has the gall to still ask “well why won’t she deny it”. It’s sad.
ReplyDeleteI’m sorry to say but this company is not the company you left. It is devoid of any real leadership. It’s devolved into something I doubt you’d even recognize. At our current rate of deteriorating leadership Blaine/Lord to Hayes and now Brady, I can only summarize that our next CEO will be a magic 8 ball.
