ReplyDeleteFind it very insulting that on this particular day, Hazey Gym wants us to read a book! Really! Are you kidding me! While he is systematically trying to dismantle and destroy what we have all worked a lifetime to help build, he thinks everything will be Kumbaya with us by reading some ridiculous book. Ain’t happening Jack!!

DeleteCan you believe they are spending more member money on “coaching “ for the executive staff! I was so angered by him telling me to “stay above the line” and look in the mirror!! Goes both ways!!

ReplyDeleteThe bill was moved out of committee and will eventually face a vote on the House floor. If it passes the House it moves to the Senate where there is quite a bit more opposition. It appeared the committee today was somewhat taken back by the level of opposition. More people there opposing than supporting.
ReplyDeleteAgree, it was not fair to cut comments to 1 minute. Democracy in action I guess....messy.
Appears the House Committee and SECU Board have a great deal in common - neither one interested in hearing the people's voices.
DeleteInteresting article on the CCUL website!! Makes it sounds as it’s a fine deal!! During the nesting Howard said a no bank branch within 8 miles. Website says 200 miles ! Was it amended already?
ReplyDeleteJust more word play to make it sound better. 8 miles from a bank branch and 200 square miles are the same distance away. It just sounds more impactful to say there’s no bank branch within 200 square miles. So more typical BS from the league
