Ms. Perkins,
This is to confirm that you have met the requirements of the self-nomination process, and your name will be placed on the ballot for the SECU Board of Directors election.
Thank you,"
The Not So Good News:
[Here's a "news flash" update, part of the information has just been posted on the SECU website [link]]
✅ "This Board" still has not released:
- the official ballot (absentee and online),
- the official voting procedures,
- the rules and protocols the "election facilitator" (Ernst &Young) will use to administer voting,
- THAT THE VOTING PROCESS WILL BE ENTIRELY PRIVATE,
- how members can confirm their votes have been received and correctly tallied,
- the time and order of business for the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting,
- the electronic voting procedures at the Annual meeting
✅ .... remember "this Board" unilaterally amended the SECU bylaws on 6/3/2023 to give themselves free-reign over the Annual meeting... with "this Board"'s track record - expect the worst.
... what can be "worse" ...?
Just got notice that all three will be on the ballot… yayyyy!
ReplyDeleteRead this board's ebsite post. is it now required that a member register to attend the annual meeting?
ReplyDeleteAppears so. Yet again trying ro control..they are scared they will be surprised like last year 🤣🤣🤣
DeleteIs the meeting going to be live streamed?
DeleteSo are they trying to turn the Annual Meeting of the Membership into one of their pre-planned, sanitized, fake meetings like what we Advisory Board Members have already been subjected to in recent months...Save yourselves the trouble and the credit union the expense...RESIGN already
DeleteThere were more than 4,000 signatures on the self nominations. How many total votes are there in a normal election?
