I can’t stress enough SECU employees to have your members vote. Have that discussion with your members . You are the voice for change. The current board is a disgrace, they are not what our members nor the organization want or need.
And do not forget the 16 yr olds and up, we are in a fight for their financial futures with SECU. We want them to have a place to come for help many years down the road.
The current BOD and administration are pressing hard for votes. Website notices, statement messages, a special addition of Grassroots inserted in statements, etc, etc. Its very important to get word out, uninformed Members will likely vote for incumbents.
Yes, even ATM machines. I don’t understand that current admin does not get the point about this board. What’s in it for everyone??? Never in my 25 yrs have I seen the push to vote. What they don’t realize is that employees know the membership and has the members vote of confidence. That’s why SECU employees need to be the voice and get the word out to our members.
