Ask your branch for a copy of the proposed election changes. Or perhaps the CU will post it on the website so all members can have easy access and can comment.
According to the information provided at yesterday's meeting, election procedure changes will go into effect on April 11, 2024 . There will not be "6-8 weeks" for Advisory Board members to discuss with local SECU members and report back at the May meetings - as a couple of commenters assumed.
Response from BOD regarding my email is as follows: "Thank you for your inquiry. The proposed changes will be posted on SECU’s website for the full membership and members will be able to view them once they are posted".....now your quess is as good as mine when these " proposed "changes will be posted on the website🤔
... last three years have been a po' go for SECU members!
