"Can you give us an update on the email or letter to the CEO submitted by the advisory Board member. Had their been a reply of and sort? Thank you!"
"1:57pm Not sure of the reference. Can you refresh an aging memory? Thank you."
"The email from Shirley Bell to Leigh Brady. Was there ever a reply to Mrs Bell from Mrs Brady?"
The infamous "no amendment amendments" approved by the SECU Board last September still haven't surfaced. Our CEO Leigh Brady appeared at best deceptive by reading an "I believe all y'all are really stupid" answer to a question on the amendments at the SECU Annual Meeting [here's the post].
The later, direct "Yes or No" inquiry by former SECU Board member Shirley Bell [here's the post] resulted in this answer from Ms. Brady: "You know I can't tell you that."
✔ Why Ms. Brady feels it necessary to conceal the truth on the"no amendment amendments" from the SECU membership remains a mystery?
But the truth will out... Ms. Brady will get another chance.
Ah yes the blog of “no evidence evidence” complaining about transparency again. Where is that response from Brady posted again? Feel free to screenshot the email and post it here.
ReplyDelete2:21pm No need to go thru a "middleman". Just ask Leigh Brady. She'll tell you the truth.
DeleteHere's her email: Leigh.Brady@ncsecu.org
Let us all know what she says!
Hissy Alert!!! Troll is climbing back under his rock reluctantly, as you might imagine. Will spare you the rant.
DeleteHey just ask Leigh Brady our CEO to tell it...truth can't hurt. Can it?
You continue to be a distraction to the good work SECU is doing. Instead of being able to focus on the needs of members, the organization continues to spend time responding to you and those you encourage.
ReplyDelete@8:24 Heaven forbid they actually listen to member concerns.
DeleteWhy is the org wasting time responding? They don't care what us little people think, right?
DeleteThe organization officially lost it's way on 9/1/2021, with covert planning beginning several months prior to that. Thankfully there is a voice that can share the evil actions and missteps.

Delete8:24 am 'Course from my point of view, this shameful mess was not created by me. Granted it has become a surprisingly prolonged "tar baby" of missteps and unforced errors, but...
DeleteThe initial resolution in October, 2022 came at the request of a broad range of members and employees. The SECU Board muffed the request by failing to level with the membership - the Fireside Chat videos document repeated misinformation, purposefully delivered.
The departure of a questionable CEO helped, but the "members can't be trusted" attitude by the ELT continues - unnecessarily!
Our CEO Leigh Brady has been given some horribly inept leadership advice from "her team", which has eroded members' trust in SECU - and equally in her.
The faux response - on the record at the Annual Meeting - concerning the new Board approved bylaw amendments is the most recent example. The "no amendment amendments" response by our CEO at the Annual Meeting was another very public, unforced and unnecessary error in leadership.
Whoever concocted that answer, set our CEO and Board up for future doubt and ridicule. The truth will out and the question of "Why not be frank with the members?" will grow.
CEO's frequently receive bad advice, but the CEO certainly doesn't have to take it.... "The buck stops here..." and all that you know.
